Care Instructions
General Care
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Use mild detergent only, no bleach
- TURN GARMENTS INSIDE OUT BEFORE WASHING
- Wash on a gentle cycle to preserve fabric quality and shape
Drying & Ironing
- Hang dry or lay flat & avoid tumble drying to maintain fit and fabric integrity
- If needed, iron on low heat with garment turned inside out
- Do not iron directly over logos, prints, or embellishments
Special Notes
- Wash separately the first time to prevent color transfer
- Treat your pieces with care, each garment is crafted to last
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
- Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow up to 72 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
- Tracking Information: After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.
- Lost or Misplaced Packages: Once the carrier has received a package, it is out of our control. If a package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, the customer will need to resolve the issue directly with the carrier. We will not issue refunds or provide compensation for lost or misplaced packages.
- Incorrect Shipping Address: If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will: Reship (one time): If the order is returned again due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the order.
Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
- As of now we do not offer any refunds. All sales are final unless proper documentation has been submitted and approved at the following email: tbw@blackwealthy.co
- If deemed necessary, store credit will be issued to the customer if approved and item has been returned to The Black Wealthy Institution.
Shipping Costs: Please note that we do not refund shipping costs unless we made a mistake with your order.
Claims
After 7 days of order delivery, no refunds, store credit, replacements, or other compensation will be issued under any circumstances if we have not been notified. This applies to all claims, including but not limited to:
- Orders not received
- Items missing from an order
- Items damaged upon arrival
